Over the past two decades I have experienced the whole array of what the industry has to offer. As an experienced business owner and principal, I am now firmly settled and proudly working with a vibrant team at LOCATIONS estate agents who maintain a client centric focus. Aside from my passion for what I do, for me, family always comes first.

Specialising in residential sales, Calliope is my favourite suburb due to its close proximity to town, being only a 10 minute drive from Gladstone. Living in Calliope provides access to amenities that you would find within the core of the city, all the while living partially rural and near the Calliope River. The lifestyle it offers is peaceful and separate to that from the busy streets of Gladstone.

PASSION FOR THE COUNTRY

When I was younger I grew up on a lovely farm, hence my passion for rural and country-style living. I have always loved gardening and growing my own vegies which still occupies my spare time. It is satisfying to experience the life cycle of something that I have planted, and see it grow as I nourish it day by day, to then have it nourish me in return; it is a peaceful and lovely process that I take great pride in. Separate to my hobby, I have also raised 5 beautiful children who have brought the coming of 8 gorgeous grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Like I said, family comes first.

MARKET INSIGHT

My view on the Gladstone market is that it’s a bit arbitrary, although positive. It is well known that Gladstone has been hit by a terrible wave of misfortune following the fall of jobs here in this industrial town. Although, inverse to the saying of, “what comes up must come back down”, what comes down too must come back up, and that’s what we are seeing in today’s current market climate conditions. In short, it’s a slow but positive climb.
