As millennials, we have grown up in a world full of technology where it is growing increasingly easier to send an email or a text message instead of picking up the phone, or booking a face-to-face meeting.
Why? Because we can be fearful of the response.
On occasion I have been guilty of sending an email only to experience frustration when I did not receive an immediate response.
The simple solution: pick up the phone and resolve the issue.
As a tenant, if you are reporting urgent maintenance, expecting a prompt response or an update from your Property Manager please feel free to call.
This can save time, and anxiety!
